been back for just a week! watching god’s grace working in our hearts and minds has been truly refreshing. it’s comforting realizing that god doesn’t depend on our talents or wisdom to sustain his ministry, that he doesn’t demand of us to slave to reach a certain quality of performance. it’s humbling to realize that it’s not about that at all.
there’s just no better time in the year to remember this greatest love story ever told, about a love that counted no sacrifice too great, a love that demanded his soul, his life, his all.
and every christmas, we’re reminded that this love demands the same of us as well. this is what we’re really called to, musicians or whatever. to live a life worthy of his calling.
